Hello World

Exams starting next month.
And the daily routines for each day involve:
Mugging, mugging & MORE mugging. (Like what's new).
Prelims were not a good guage of actual standards,
cuz I think the papers were too easy as compared to past year papers.
The Brits rather watched football then set decent prelim papers.

2 more months to end of exams & start of summer internship.
And I'm so looking forward to US trip this winter!
MOTIVATION!!!

The Lost Symbol

Good stuff are worth waiting for.
Latest conquest bought at 30% discount. (y)!

Surprise!

Did this at The Icing Room with JJ as my partner in crime.
We spent half the time laughing because the icing was hard to use.
And the cream kept smudging around.
So the final product was better than expected.
Given the fact that my art CMI.
Haha, our first attempt at decorating the cake.
Loads of love, specially dedicated to Mom dearest.
I hope she likes it.
Happy Birthday Mom!!

*PS: Pic taken with iphone. Can't tell hor.
It actually looks decent, far beyond my expectations.

Live Like I'm Dying

Can the world just come to a standstill for at least a day,
just so I can sleep the entire day off?
I desperately need to sleep,
but there's just too much of time constraint.
And sleeping eventually becomes some form of luxury.

Not to mention, the brain's dying from over exhaustion.
Try cramming the entire year of notes (x4 modules) in less than 1 month.
THAT'S TOTALLY INSANE !!!

3 more months to go.
I hope I'm still alive by then.

Speechless. Really.

Anticipation

Goodbye Satio, Hello iPhone.
Yes, I've fallen prey to iPhone Apps,
despite waiting for 1 year plus for the launch of Satio.
To be honest, Satio's only good for its 12 MegaPix cam.
Other than that, I hate the symbian OS & the messaging interface.
Besides, I hardly see anyone using Satio.
Over-rated? I guess so. Not going to take any risk.

Gonna pwn the Apps when I get my iPhone next month.
Yayness to entertainment on the go!
And the reason why I'm forsaking Satio's 12 MegaPix cam
is because I'm eyeing a DSLR.
I want only the best.
All the expensive hobbies. My goodness.
Going broke soon at this rate.

Unexpected

Today was an emotional day.
I didn't sleep a wink yesterday &
was quite worried about the TP test today.
To make things worse,
the warm up test was quite screwed
& I wasn't really confident of passing.

But yet, the result was totally unexpected.
I pwned my TP test with 0 demerit points.
OMG. Totally unbelievable!!!
I think luck was on my side today.
Everything went well.
And the tester today was so much nicer compared to other shit guy.

My eyes went wet today when I saw the result slip.
Not cuz I passed at last,
but because I know my prayers were answered.

*******
Dear Ma Ma,
Thank you for giving me strength to carry on.
Thank you for giving me a reason to believe in myself once more.
Thank you for blessing my tiny soul.
Without you, the achievement today would not be possible.
Thank you for watching over me,
and always answering my prayers whenever I'm down.
I still feel your presence even though you're no longer around.
I regret not having the chance to tell you,
that you mean the world to me.
Thanks for your love & blessings.
I'll be strong & carry on to do better in life,
for I know you'll always be with me.

Change Of Email Add

Dear all, my new email add is:
themeltedtomato@hotmail.com.
Add me if you know me & if you think I know you. :)

Close To You

Twitter's such a wonderful creation.
I like the idea that I'm connected to JA through Twitter.
Makes me feel closer to her. =D
And it'll be better if DYT has Twitter too.

Updates on life so far:
1a) FOS mahjong was screwed & Irish Cream was the alleged culprit.
We need a rematch soon to recoup the losses.

1b) Dinner at Crystal Jade Holland V was amusing.
We stuffed ourselves silly with Xiao Long Baos &
'someone' threw the unwanted Nissin noodles underneath the seat. (Tsk tsk)

2. School's getting a lil busy, with prelims & revisions coming up.

3. TP Re-test next week. I hope I'm not the next Bor Bor.

I'm still in denial that we're actually in 2010.
Time seems to pass extremely fast &
it's going to be CNY next month.
Looking forward to more Moolahs,
mahjong sessions & the family picnic trip to Sentosa.
