Today's MCOM tutorial was a whole load of crap. Tutorial today was a debate. The class was separated into 2 session, each discussing on a topic. Our team was slated to debate against the all girls team. The entire process was crappy. Their group didn't have much preparation. Their first speaker spoke only a few sentences and spent the rest of the time giggling and stoning there. She didn't try to salvage herself given the fact that there was barely nothing in her content. What a waste of time. The other speakers of the team mentioned some other stuff but most of the content was quite superficial, there wasn't much substance in it. Finally when the session ended, both teams were required to rebut and end off. Instead of rebutting what we said about them, the opposition team chose to pick on our earlier speeches and played around with our words for their rebuttal. How noob, when you rebut, you're supposed to sort of defend yourself and now allow people to shoot you and still go find fault with other areas that doesn't seem to benefit you.
Finally, the last speaker from the opposition came up and started talking. She spoke in this loud voice trying to intimidate us and impress everyone. As usual, the dumb people in the class went gaga over it because they perceived her to be a pro debater or something. Ya, the way she spoke really looked quite like a debater but her content totally sucks. Don't know what the hell she rebutted on those points that don't even support her stand.
The time came for the class to vote. Only one pathetic soul voted for us. The rest of the dumb class voted for the all girls team. Reason being that they felt the opposition's last speaker was entertaining. What the shit was that? We were totally thrashed by a mugblood. Not that I'm a sore loser. But if we lost to someone who was better, I will definitely admit defeat. But losing to someone of no substance and obviously talking shit all the while was crappy. Totally pissed off by the stupidity of the class. When the tutor asked who will vote for our team, I heard one idiot saying: "I think they'll (us) not win."WTF. How can they say such a thing. Not the least supportive at all.
That's not all. The tutor later commented that though we lost but we had a lot of content and were professional in debating. If that's the case, how come he didn't support us at all? Haven't he got any brains? It wasn't the end yet. The all girls team later told the tutor to give us some participation marks because they felt we did better and we had come for tutorial. WTF was this? Trying to give us sympathy marks? These marks are supposed to be given to us in the first place. It's what we really deserved. It's so fake la. Not as if we were so hard up and really needed sympathy. What they're doing really made us look like beggars desperate for marks. How humiliating. Losing to someone who's obviously lousier than us and still allow them to give us sympathy marks.
Totally shit. We lost to a mugblood. Idiotic irritating shit ass. Never felt so retarded before. I'll get my revenge soon. I'll make sure we thrash them during the IP presentation. Don't be too smug, you'll get a taste of your own medicine soon.
As for those other teams in the other session, they were also talking crap throughout. The entire team on both sides kept arguing on 1 single point. They just kept repeating the same shit throughout. In the end, when it was time to vote, neither of my team and the all girls team voted for both of the other 2 teams. Only the mugblood voted for one of them. Haha. So lao kui. They even tried to pull votes and call for us to vote for them. Serve them right. In the end, both other teams were awarded only 0.5 participation marks. Muahaha. Just the right revenge. Karma, they truly deserved it for their stupidity.
