My com's acting up again.
Don't know what went wrong.
My desktop's wallpaper suddenly changed to a red fugly picture with a stupid logo.
I suspect that it has been attacked by some virus thingy.
Tried changing back to my original wallpaper but that didn't work at all.
Wanted to do a system restore but there was no earlier date available.
Damn it. Had no choice but to reformat my com.
And the stupid Microsoft code couldn't work.
Called Microsoft but the hotline was closed for the day.
Piah back home from work yesterday just to get hold of them.
They generated 2 new codes but still couldn't work.
Damn frustrating. Spent a whole 2.5 hours fixing the shit.
It finally worked. OMFG, wasted a whole lot of my time.
Thank god everything is back to normal. Phew.

My LO came to visit yesterday. She spent a freaking 1h 40 minutes at the office.
Was talking crap to her. Lucky we learnt the art of bullshitting in BS.
If not, I can't imagine how I'm going to entertain her.
As she was finally on her way out, the MD saw her.
And he said to her: "Why we applied for 2 students but you posted only 1 here?"
He was speaking to her in Mandarin & she was trying to reply with her ang moh Mandarin.
Damn funny. Lucky the MD put in good words for me. He said "This student not bad."
Then he kept smiling and my LO also did the same. Clowns.
She'll be visiting again next month. Hope she doesn't stay as long as yesterday. Bleahx.
